Summary[]
When an attractive woman named Marsha becomes interested in Mr. Furley after he says he owns the apartment building, the trio thinks she's only after Ralph's money. To rescue Ralph, Larry dresses in drag and pretends to be Mr. Furley's "ex-wife." "Mrs. Furley" reveals to Marsha that he is penniless since she got everything in the settlement. Marsha, believing Furley lied, storms out just before Mr. Furley reveals that it was she who had all the money. Jack calls Marsha and patches things up, but then Larry finds out that Marsha is a powerful real estate agent and not after Furley's money, but wants to get the building to turn the apartments into condos. The kids finally get rid of Marsha by convincing her that Furley gets violent when he's upset.
