Mrs. Penrose is the wife of Herbert Penrose, the president of the law firm for which Chrissy Snow was employed on Three's Company, where she worked as personal secretary for a female lawyer with the firm in the episode of Three's Company titled "The Catered Affair" in Season 3. The part of Mrs. Penrose is played by character actress Bibi Osterwald.

Mr. Penrose (Macon McCalman), who seems to have a roving eye when it comes to interacting with younger, attractive females, as he gets caught trying to make advances towards Chrissy in his backroom office. When she refuses, he tries to order J.C. Braddock (Emmaline Henry), his junior partner, and whom Chrissy is the secretary for, to fire her when the roommates and J.C. work out a plan to try and get Chrissy's job back by luring Mrs.Penrose, who enters her husband's office with Jack looking for caviar, where they catch him redhanded, trying to proposition Chrissy! Also disappointed when she finds out that there is no caviar, and after Jack makes an excuse for it, accusing Mr. Penrose, saying "He ate it all!", She scoldes Mr. Penrose: "Herbert! You're always touching things that don't belong to you!"
