Mr. Penrose is the president of the law firm for which Chrissy Snow was employed, where she worked as personal secretary for a female lawyer with the firm. He seems to have a roving eye when it comes to interacting with younger, attractive females, as he gets caught trying to make advances towards Chrissy in his backroom office. When she refuses, he tries to order J.C. to fire her. The roommates and J.C. work out a plan to get Chrissy's job back by using Chrissy to lure him, then get Mrs. Penrose (Bibi Osterwald) to catch him redhanded!
