Eyewitness Blues is the eighth episode of Season 6 of Three's Company, and the 108th overall episode of the series. Written by Michael S. Baser and Kim Weiskopf and directed by Dave Powers, it first aired 24 November 1981 on ABC.
Summary[]
While Jack waits for Janet at the flower shop, the place is robbed. They report the crime to the police, and Jack has his picture taken and put in the paper as a witness.
The police are able to talk Jack into saying that he can identify the robber's face and plant it in the newspaper. A police officer, whom Janet falls for, is sent to protect the trio's safety. When Mr. Furley arrives, they notice the "officer" has the same tattoo, a tattoo with an anchor and the letters "USN" above it, as did the robber. After they knock him out and tie him up, the real robber, who was supposed to be one of Terri's dates, arrives. Cindy saves the day by opening the door and knocking the robber out.
Trivia[]
- Richard Kline, who plays Larry Dallas, does not appear in this episode.
