...And Justice for Jack is the second episode of season five of Three's Company, and the 80th overall episode of the series. Directed by Dave Powers and written by George Burditt, it first aired 11 November 1980 on ABC.

Summary

When Jack gets a job in a diner, the woman owner so enjoys fondling him that she fires him when he tells her it makes him nervous. The girls convince Jack to sue her for sexual harassment. Jack gets a court hearing to try and get his job back. When he goes to the lawyer, the lawyer also comes onto him, so he replaces her. At the hearing, the judge also can't keep her eyes off Jack. The lady judge thinks Jack is right but invited the advances by dressing and smelling the way he does. Jack withdraws the complaint when Furley tries to go to his defense, saying that Jack is gay.
